David joined Pointe Capital Management following a diverse career on Wall Street, which spanned public markets, institutional investing, and wealth management. Prior to joining the firm, David was a Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he specialized in investment management and financial planning for ultra-high net worth individuals and families. Previously, David worked in New York City at Jefferies Financial Group, where he served some of the world’s most sophisticated investors in navigating global capital markets.
Today, David applies this depth of experience to help Pointe Capital clients align their investment decisions with their long-term goals, evolving priorities, and generational considerations.
David and his wife live in Birmingham with their son and golden retriever. Outside the office, David serves on the board of the Birmingham Family YMCA and is an avid racquet sports player.
David holds an MBA from the Michigan Ross School of Business, where he was a Dean’s Fellow and holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan, where he was captain of the Division I Men’s Lacrosse team and a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar.
